[mythtv] Pause and unpause causes 3x CPU load + video stutter

Just wanted to toss in my 2cents.. Exact same settings under 0.18,
just upgraded to 0.19. Using standard (non-xvmc, non-libmpeg) but
using BOB (because with no deinterlace at all I have field problems.
Outputting 1920x1080i to a bigscreen. Having this problem. Checking
the logs I see:

Video sync method can't support double framerate (refresh rate too low
for bob deint)

Like suggested in other threads, timestretch, even 1.05x, and it goes
away, which confirms it's a mis/bob issue.

Not really interesting in going back to 960x540p (where I used to be,
and not interesting in no deinterlace at all. Onefield/etc imho don't
look as nice.

Anyone working on this? Or is this working as intended and 0.18 just
hid the disfunction from us?
