[mythtv] Using program transitions to synchronise time and hence recording start and end.

I just realized that if a program (planned between 2:00am and 3:00am)
started at 2:16 and they put an ad at 3:01 (15 minutes before the actual
end) such detector of program transitions would correctly end the
recording. So it wouldn't help me to record the happyend, anyway.
