OK, I wasn't sure since I haven't seen any of those personally (that I know
of), and Isaac wanted to make sure I didn't always preserve the offset
when seeking, that only manual offsets were preserved.

To be honest this is the first time I've touched/used the sync adjust code,
I guess I'm either not afficted with sync issues or they aren't bad enough to
bother me.
