[mythtv] XM Radio app

Typically in the Car PC world it's done using either the Line In or SPDIF
line in on your sound card, connected from the XM device.  After that it's
up to Myth to be able to control the volume of that line.

I'd be interested in an XM feature.  How would the audio be passed into Myth
though?
