[mythtv] Ticket #1919 Schema Change for MythMusic/Web + mp3Act Port

I really like the funtionality that this brings, especially in  
mythweb, if it is true that the summer of code stuff will break this  
then, I would prefer that that get changed to fit around this.
I have been using it since the ticket opened on a database of 8000  
songs and have not encountered any problems with it, using it  
regularly from work
This is just my vote of support to get it merged
