You're right.  The note it my TODO is just to look at turning them on, not to
figure out how to handle all the issues you mention.  There are already issues
with this anyway considering that the ~realtime flagging is just a recommendation,
it can't happen if your time window doesn't allow it or there are other jobs
running.  So allowing flagging of LiveTV recordings doesn't change things that
much, it's just as if you told Myth to record the show and were watching it while
it was recording insted of 'live'.
