That would be absolutely horrible to use unless the 'advanced' section 
contains everything form 'novice' and 'intermediate', which would completely 
defeat the purpose of having them separated in the first place.

It should just be a menu popup to change the level.  Available at any time in 
a settings screen, changes happen immediately.
