[mythtv] Impending release of 0.19.1 or 0.20?

What's emerging as the criteria for .20? I've always had the impression 
that .20 was going to be the UI Rewrite release, is that still the 
case? Or will it be the SoC giant merge release? I realize this is 
subjective and things change, I'm more curious which way the wind is 
blowing this particular week or month.
