[mythtv] EIT Active scanner doesn't seem to be aware of multiple cards

Not with every, no. But to be honest with you I've tweaked the sql which
selects the channels to scan to only scan two channels so the chances of
hitting the same channel are drastically higher.

The reason I brought this up was because I read somewhere that the new EIT
stuff was supposed to be card-aware but I didn't know if this had been
implemented yet.
