Just a bit more information if this is for any help. I re-checked the 
logs for more information and noticed that this 'We started...' error 
occurs with all the three multiplexes that I have.

There are also these type of loglines at the same time with the PES 
packet error messages:

...
2006-07-09 10:03:34.628 Program #113 not found in PAT!
