[mythtv] Channel Tuning Problems

I managed to delete my database the other day, thus forcing me to go  
through a setup again for the first time in a long while.
All went well until I got to the channel scanning, upon scanning all  
of the transponders locked but some of them timeout when pulling the  
channels.
All seem to be work fine from dvbscan but not in myth. Not even if I  
force the transponders

Is this a known issue or something new. BTW the like the changes to  
the scanning applications
