[mythtv] "Record new episodes only" not working as anticipated

The information used to determine whether a show is new is 
provider-specific (or, more precisely, grabber specific).  Without 
knowing what new provider you're using, I can only venture a guess that 
it's one that doesn't provide the necessary information.
