Yes, I actually realized that this is what you wanted to
achieve quite some time after writing the mail, as the
question had ran in "background" in my head ;-)

The duplicate show resolution works very badly here
in Finland anyway, because of the non-availability of
a unique ID, so I guess we will have to do without this
feature then.
