[mythtv] Compiling with -Os is better than -O3

Yes, meanwhile I found a thread in the archives. But the output of 
configure is confusing. It prints out the Via-CPU, but doing silent 
optimize for pentiumpro. Maybe it is a good idea to add a line like: 
Optimizing for CPU: ...
