[mythtv] Support for a new rtsp source

Hello,

In France, we have "triple-play" adsl offer where the mpeg2 stream can be
directly broadcasted to your computer.

For example, to get the playlist, just download
'http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u' and to view a stream,
run vlc or mplayer with the URL 'rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/303'.

I would like to know where I could find some documentation on how to add a
new input source ? Is there a way to use vlc, send the mpeg2 stream to a
pipe and modify the PVR250 driver to read from this pipe ?
