Sounds easy enough in your example. Now lets introduce reality.
1000+ directories with directory and filenames that dont match the
actual movie name, this spanned across 2 different sub groups, DVDr
and divx/xvid/everything else. Lets not forget that some of these are
multi-part movies either. Throw in the xxx directory with 5k random
movie clips, and your Video Manager is a movie wasteland.

After wading through those movies, and getting all your movies
properly assigned through imdb, now go to your media library -> watch
movies. Gallery view isnt even an option at this point, because when
you switch to gallery view, it forgets your filters. So now you are
stuck thumbing through your movies, one by one.

Theres gotta be a better way, and there is.
