[mythtv] US Cable Extended Ultra Band

Is there any particular reason that the frequency table for us-cable does
not include the extended ultra-band channels 126-158 (800MHz-1000MHz)? I'm
in northern VA (US), using Cox cable, and they appear to be on at least an
850MHz system, leaving myth tv unable to tune the higher channels. Indeed,
some of Cox's clear-QAM channels appear to be in this range.

The full frequency table can be found here:

Sorry if this has already been covered, but I havent been able to find info
on this in the archives.

Thanks,
Dave
