[mythtv] patch for mythweb

attached is a patch that makes it so that if you click on a column title 
in the video selection after filtering by category, it will stay in that 
category, rather than showing all videos again ... it also makes it so 
that when you change categories, it defaults back to sorting normally, 
rather than by reverse (tho' i also wish it wouldn't alternate b/n 
normal and reverse when reloading the page) ...

it also changes a few other littler things, such as making the video 
pages valid HTML 4.01 as the doctype claims
