[mythtv] theme backgound reziae bug?

Thank you and Justin for these answers, blind me.. Anyway still one 
strange thing that I just found. Now my image is 800x600 but these screens 
are still different. Not much, only 1 pixel but still ;-) All screens that 
are not from theme itself shows me background image 1023x767. Looks like 
it is still tiled but now only one pixel missing. Strange is that when I 
use 801x601 then I miss one pixel from right and bottom edges. Anyway 
images are resized differently.

Not a big issue but still I see that two different resizeing functions are 
probably used and maybe it is possible to make code somehow shorter/easier 
if using the same function for both places.
