IIRC, Bob requires the video to run at 2x, so it can display each
field in it's entirety. That's fine when running at 1x, 60Hz (Which
gives you both full frames deinted), but if you change that (1.1x
60Hz) it means the bob can't keep up.

TBH, though, I was under the impression you were better off using KernelDeint.
