[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1326: Cannot delete zero length recordings.

Manage Recordings -> Delete Recordings will delete any recording, even 0
byte files. Though with the changes to Ringbuffer.h increasing the retries
it does take a bit longer than it used to.
