[mythtv] Any chance of committing #1308?

I accepted this ticket and should get it in tonight with some other
transcoding related changes I'm going to commit.  The place where it updates
the transcoded flag in jobqueue.cpp isn't there anymore, so that line
will get moved to programs/mythtranscode/main.cpp when I commit.
