[mythtv] Mac OSX Hardware Acceleration Patch errors

The latest patch for the Mac OSX hardware acceleration looks for a file
called dvdv.h.  I don't have this file on my Mac Mini, I'm assuming it
comes from one of the SDK Frameworks, does anyone know which one?
