artist/track info. They're not like real radio stations, they're just
music feeds. The artist/track info is broadcast as still images on
another VID that many times isn't linked to the AID through the normal
ID method.

The best way I can think to handle these types of channels for the
U.S. is to find a way to match appropriate VID to the AID, then to do
what the cable boxes do and turn the still image into a video stream
(repeat it at 25fps until the next still image appears).
