[mythtv] database upgrade 1120 -> 1123

Is there a bug in dbcheck/dbschema autoupgrade at the moment. At every 
mythbackend restart /I get ;/

No errors, but the upgrade isnt actually happening. I have added by hand 
the changes that were needed, and upgraded dBSchemaver, but can't see 
why the autoupgrade was failing.
