Heh funny, all of my Linux friends are switching to nVidia at the
moment, because of the linux drivers provided by ATI. The propriatary
ATI drivers aren't still working with kernels >= 2.6.15 and ATI
doesn't seem to do anything to change this.

I'm very happy with the nVidia drivers, but I must say I don't use XvMC.
