[mythtv] setting the dvd drive speed when playing a dvd using the internal dvd player.

I don't see a need for it to be faster than 2x, even 1x should be enough.

For me the major benefit is reducing noise. There is nothing more annoying 
than the noise of the drive audible above the quiet moments of the film. 
Right now I limit the drive speed manually.
