I think they are currently using monkeys to maintain this data; it seems 
  very slapdash to me, with spelling misteaks, grammatical errors, and 
quite a lot of inconsistency in formatting and stuff (like the "T4" 
nonsense).

Given that nobody uses the EIT data except from equipment that is 
more-or-less programmable, it seems obvious that there's not much point 
in doing it at all, unless the data is sufficiently consistent to be 
processed automatically. So my guess is that they'll have to smarten up 
their act pretty quickly, if they want to avoid a lot of complaints.
