[mythtv] nuvexport --transcode uses mythtranscode

nuvexport always uses mythtranscode to get the data from the backend.
Nothing else knows how to decode myth's nupplevideo files properly, and
it's the most accurate way to deal with the cutlist.

Read the wiki entry about "debug mode" to help yourself out (recent
versions of nuvexport will give you the address when you pass in --help)
