[mythtv] How to create and use an editable input text widget

Hi all,

 I need to develop new plugin based on mythtv ui. I found information about
 it on mythtv wiki to know the general architecture but I can't found
 information about ui widgets usage/programming.
 I don't know how to create an input text component. I can specify a
 textarea ui component on xml but it is only to show static text, it is not
 editable. Can you give me any help/reference or little example about it?
