Another suspect would be changeset 10132, which removed an similar 
earlier retuning mechanism (i.e. try version 10131)

Otherwise, Daniel's suggestion to perform a binary search of versions is 
advisable, and can save you significant time as compared to a linear search.

Note that anything before 10585 uses the previous diseqc code, and thus 
the diseqc configuration may potentially be different (since the config 
is in a different part of the database for revisions earlier than that)
