[mythtv] MythVideo problem with scaling covers

Ok, it wasn't accounting for (w|h)mult, I'll check something in tomorrow (or
later today). Running at the same resolution as the theme I see it off by
only a few pixels, which matches what I see when comparing the theme to the
background. When I use a non-theme-native resolution I do see the problem.
