That's fairly trivial to fix and is an existing 'bug' anyway.  If for
any reason a program is split into two or more files while watching
LiveTV, when you hit 'R', only the last file will be saved.  This could
be because of the new 8-hour limit on a single file or something else.
Off the top of my head the only thing I can think that might do this
currently is the 8-hour limit, but it's the same scenario as if we
were to change tuners but keep watching the same channel.
