I know it's late but I would like to see this in 0.20. It fixes a real 
problem for DVB-S and DVB-C users of Technotrend Full-featured cards. 
Recordings will fail because of this. It's a regression compared to 
0.19.

If the patch is to invasive to make into 0.20 we should think of a 
different way to make atleast recordings work. It is maybe enough to 
move the addition of the PMT pids to the end of the pid list. I can try 
this later.
