[mythtv] 720x480 video corrupted

This also happens when using the 'Internal' player for dvds - and  
again mplayer and xine can play the dvds fine. Also strangely 720x480  
content plays ok in myth when using XvMC so it is just 720x480  
content using Xv in mythtv.
