sorry for the delay - on my holliers

i realise that i could have set priority - well i do now
what i did not realise was that the scheduler made decisions based on the 
callsign. i had assumed that it did it based on the channel number.

now that i know this - i can make the appropriate changes to my behaviour

by the way - why do C4 do that? - higher resolution an hour later - what is 
the rationale?
