[mythtv] Channel changes mcuh quicker

a slightly disconnected thought
would it not be possible to buffer enough live tv to cover the time  
it take to change channels, giving the frontend a more tv-esque feel.  
or alternatively if you have more than one tuner wait until the other  
tuner is locked if free before quitting the video from the first tuner.
