It turns out that descriptions are partial for some programs already 
when they are sent in Finnish DVB network and this is not a MythTV bug. 
I've verified this comparing myth EIT (from DVB-T) with one DVB-C 
set-top box and the partial descriptions were identical for all the 
programs that we checked.

The last remaining issue is the EIT data with bogus dates (which is 
briefly described in the closed ticket #2051). Should I create a fresh 
ticket for this one? This is still occuring almost daily.

There are many places (in the eit* classes) where it would be easy to 
add some sort of check for too old or new EIT dates.. but that's 
probably not the way to fix this? It would be nicer if the broken EIT 
data could be catched earlier, at the lower level.
