[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1721: Pause frame is offset down with 4:3 zoom aspect override

I've put in a question in nvnews.com but unfortunately the only thing I got
was "me too" responses. My resolution is 1920x1080 and I get the same
problem. You can move the screen down using the arrow keys I believe,
however, you'll find that garbage will be displayed at the bottom of the
screen.

The only way I can to get around this problem is to change how the aspect
ratio override works so that it uses a filter in addition to the current Xv
zoom method. The filter would do a simple chop of the video in the
appropriate places for certain overrides.
