[mythtv] Turkish language pack for mythtv and mythtv-plugins

Hi

I would like to commit turkish language packset for mythtv and plugins, 
but stuck unsure about where/whom to send these. Currently I have the 
following files, 100% percent translated for 0.19:

mythbrowser_tr.ts
mythdvd_tr.ts
mythfrontend_tr.ts
mythgallery_tr.ts
mythgame_tr.ts
mythmusic_tr.ts
mythnews_tr.ts
mythphone_tr.ts
mythvideo_tr.ts
mythweather_tr.ts

Please let me know how to proceed, and sorry if subject of my e-mail
