[mythtv] Bug in DVBSignalMonitorTS?

OOne further observation that might help to fix the bug in 
DVBSignalMonitorTS.
It was stuck in the loop for about 3 minutes, I interrupted the 
mythbackend process with ^s to scroll in the xterm. After I continued 
with ^q the PAT was found.
