Can we extend this patch so it will check for DVB-T as well? I
sometimes miss programs because the DVB code doesn't tune. It's a
similar problem as I reported in #288 (which thankfully was fixed by a
later version of SVN). Doesn't happen often - once every 20 days, but
it's very annoying when it does.

What happens now, is if the card doesn't tune, myth gives up and
doesn't try to re-record the file. If I manually restart the
recording, it works fine, but I need to be around to do that. I'd love
Myth to automatically sense and re-tune.
