Okay from what I can make sense of here on my DVD.

I built everything under MinGW, cygwin just turned into a mess. I
compiled QT myself so as to make sure I could get every library I needed
with it.

I had a list of patches that I will send you offlist that I needed when
compiling it. If the version in cygwin has SQL, zlib and jpeg support
though you won't need to worry about this.

As for other deps, you will need
libmp3lame, freetype, pthreads, zlib, and the directX includes. I can
send these offlist too.

For my target, I used unix from what I remember. The big thing is, that
if you use unix, you will have to build under Msys. This turns into a
large clusterfuck really quickly though, so you'll need to be careful.

Elsewise, take a look at my old posts. They are from mario.mailing and
from superm1 @gmail.com.

If someone has some FTP space or a shell account to just scp all this up
to and host it under http, I'd be glad to put up what I had. Elsewise,
ping me offlist and i'll attach it in an email.
