It's a bug, the signal monitor is assuming that there is
only one PMT per pid and isn't checking the program number.
This is usually true, but the MPEG spec allows multiple 
PMT's per pid, and your transmitter sends all their PMT's
on the same pid.

I'll fix this tonight.
