[mythtv] PATCH: ivtv fast-forward fix

When in 2x or 3x speed mode when using the pvr-350 as
a video-out device, the time ticks at normal speed
(since frames played isn't getting incremented
properly). If you decide to skip-forward later, it may
take you back in time! or at least not skip far enough
forward.

This patch introduces some fancy math to make sure
that the correct value is returned. Seems to work for
me. 

May not work right (but seemed ok) in slow-speed modes
(ie 1/8 speed or whatever)
