[mythtv] "Not enough video to make thumbnail"

I just updated to svn rev 7270 and noticed that if i open the recorded
programs page from mythweb it is not able to generate the thumbnail for one
of the new recordings, an mpeg2 file, and the backend says "Not enough video
to make thumbnail".

But the file is about 11 minutes long, and if i open the watch recordings
screen in mythfrontend the thumbnail is generated and when i reload the web
page the thumbnail shows up too.

I guess this is must have something to do with the recent changes to
filenames and/or the timestamp change.
