[mythtv] Video problems after pausing Live TV with 720p?

Seems like Bob deinterlacing is being applied to the 720p video,
look at NuppelVideoPlayer.cpp which gets the progressive/interlaced
signal for libav. If it is getting the wrong setting look at libav
for the problem, if it is getting the right setting look at
videoout_xv.cpp for the problem.
