[mythtv] Showing Recording Changes

It would great if this were generalised to show changes when things are
re-scheduled because listings data changes. I've been caught out a few
times here in the UK when, say 'Law and Order' suddenly becomes 'Law &
Order' after a change in the Listings data and I miss the recording
because of it. A e-mail  notification would be the logical choice, but I
guess some people might be interested in SMS notifications and so on.
