[mythtv] myth.rebuilddatabase.pl with new filenames

1001_20051019153500.mpg while it used to be 
channel_starttime_endtime.nuv if I'm not mistaken.

Also the recorded table now has the fields basename, progstart and 
progend that didn't exist before.
