[mythtv] regular full CPU load by mysqld if mythbackend is running

At rev 7525, I'm finding this load a problem too. It's particularly annoying
when listening to music, because the spike causes the audio to skip. I may
be missing something obvious, but I can't find a setup option to disable the
EIT scanning. Can that be done only at compile time?

As it's skipping, it writes these lines to mythbackend -v siparser:
2005-10-19 08:33:20.793 SIParser: Table[4]->EmitRequired() == true
2005-10-19 08:33:20.850 Reschedule requested for id -1.
2005-10-19 08:33:21.235 New DB connection, total: 4
2005-10-19 08:33:21.473 Scheduled 162 items in 0.6 = 0.46 match + 0.17 place

The load is enough to make music skip whether I'm listening through
mythmusic or mplayer, and frequent enough to make music unlistenable.
